Lovely site! I rode with RNH in Aikin, South Carolina from 1983-84. Only once, since then, have I found a professional rider who has similar philosophy and success in training and riding a horse in a proper frame, by RNH standards. AND she enjoys the process along the way. I shall check back on your site periodically for new articles. This is a great collection here.

At least there are some people who are brave enough to stand up to the decline in Dressage in these modern times. Well done!

RE: your question about "Nice photo?" on the homepage. I do not think so - the horse looks tight and held and the poll looks like it would never be allowed to be at the highest point. But a very interesting critique! Loved the SRS video as well BTW

Mein Freund, I thank you for the articles and very interesting photo analysis to have been done. It really does show the badness of some training. Die besten W√ľnsche, N x

What a charming old film from 1944 of the SRS: such gaiety, such joie de vivre, such UNCONSTRAINED yet controlled energy and movements!

Great site - think the articles are brilliant, and always check regularly for new diary entries - very thought provoking! Un ami
